I was just wondering what type of stock would bigtimeloser would invest in. I saw in a post that it was rbiz. Low and behold, they are changing their name and no word from FINRA. They are maxed out of shares, cannot dilute any more. Its share price is going downward. It has nearly 2,000,000 in revenues from foreign countries. Where is the audit? How can you verify these revenues? Where are his claims about that CEO being ____.
I do not know what the holdup for the name change is. In my opinion and only my opinion, Steve does not want to use up vital cash at this early stage in the game of around $300,000 (purely a guess) when he needs to pay for a merger. He might also want to get paid. So it will take a while. Also, this might impact the audit. Why use the much needed money for the audit when he needs it for expansion, operating capital, etc. Sure he promised this, but everywhere I have worked, management makes promises and does not deliver, but my paycheck always showed up in my checking account. Sure I get mad, but the pros outweigh the cons. If this is the reason for no name change and no audit, then I am perfectly fine with this. Every growing company needs cash. Maybe he should tell us and I believe some, but not all, will be forgiving.
Having said that, since many of us have bought his paper over the past six months, an update, even if it is blank, would be nice. But since he is attacked for saying things and attacked for not saying things, I understand the silence. I have never seen such a determined bunch of bashers who are quite despicable people. The relentness attack on Steve's character behind a fake alias in a chat room shows who you really are. Yes, they have merit, but they should give Steve some credit for the contracts signed and the relentless work that he does. They have an agenda and presently they are winning.
For the longs, one last thing to consider. Steve has nearly 500,000 of his own money in this company. Do you think he will not work to recoup it. He has skin in the game. That was a major decision for me to continue to invest.
