Most of the ICO's were less that desirably, they were based on nothing and hence they failed.
BlockSafe's STO has substance. It is an SEC approved security Token. It is the first Token that will pay dividends (10% of sales) based on the sales of products. Also, One of the uses for the money raised in the STO will be to develop additional products and enhancements for existing products. The sale of these products will also benefit the Token holders.
