When Igor passed, what the management then in place inherited was already a disaster and the stock price was extremely low. They created a flurry of activity, I for one, bought in to the concept that the only way they could get their money out of the company was to make something positive happen. About six months after taking over they had a stock holders dog and pony show, Lieutenant was pumping on this board(slap the ask) and the price briefly got to one cent and then quickly retreated. I presume that many insiders were the sellers at that point in time, knowing there was nothing substantive going on. Then more promises, the Songbird deal kept the price from cratering so some could still recoup some money.Just my take--may or may not be right.
