duly noted to see where decoy OTCX trotted off to on *ask* .. 
very interesting day for PTOI (stock) today ..
info in (time stamps) from a few longs .. over 100k picked off on both bid and ask ..
makes me curious to see how exactly marked today ..
will update tape of trades EOW .. but i'd consider today a victory for P2O investors .. since one *goal* is to always close *down* on news with *volume*
