Doubloon, I dont think you will find a post from me where Dr. Dalton
has shared any thing like what you speculate. The closest he has ever come was saying news should be within a matter of days, but he came back and apologized for that because of certain events he said he could not talk about. Anything other than that is pure speculation on my part. I am not as educated on all the filings as you seem to be-it was just my understanding he could withhold making the final payment on the filings, which would still leave us non-current. Then once he made that payment, he had 3 business days to notify shareholders. I still think Agrimed does not want those filings public just yet for whatever reason. I can tell you with 100% certainty he has NEVER shared anything close to being insider information. I have mentioned a couple of things to him and he simply said he could not discuss that. But you are free to express your opinion of course.
