I don't contact CEOs to get advance information. It is obvious that there will be announcements from the new company when they are ready. They didn't go to the trouble of changing CEO, moving the company office to a different state and changing the company name for nothing.
Holding shares on a cost basis that you expect to make a profit from in due course when patient is not "holding the bag".
