Remember this while the naysayers speak about where the share price is:
1. Share Price means nothing at this point since company will not be diluting through the use of shares to the public market during this time period. This is a pre-revenue OTC and things can and will change VERY quickly. This is either win or lose by September 30th and management knows this.
2. We are obviously in a hold position and volume indicates that Aspire is NOT selling in droves, if at all.
3. Bad news on Prurisol would have to be disseminated immediately to shareholders!
4. Good news in regards to Prurisol and BTD for B-OM can and WILL be held until management deems right to disseminate (unless the information is leaked)
5. The longer we sit quiet the more and more and more you should feel excited about the news to come (if you are long).
6. News is scheduled on or before 9/30/18, the same time IPIX will need to file their 10K annual financial report which may disclose a WHOLE LOT.
Better to not engage with the obvious FUDsters. Hold tight. Buy the dips. Do your own DD. Science, Science, Science.
IMO we get all news in one shot around the 3rd week in September:
Best Case- Prurisol great, BTD affirmed, Buyout agreed by certain date for certain price.
Next Case- Prurisol median, BTD affirmed, partnership for B franchise
Next one down- Prurisol needs to be reformulated for already shown efficacy end points (itching, swelling), BTD not granted or not (yet), B-OM partnership announcement.
Worst Case- None of this occurs and further dilution to go on. (The further we move along without bad news on Prurisol, the less likely this will occur)
