I mean you just have to look at it this way I think: when you are investing in the OTC if you are lucky and fortunate enough to find a company that is SEC compliant as much as possible then you reduce risk. If you have products that will work well, even better. Then if even more things are going right then all the better. I credit Mark for his JP Morgan experience in being able to put these type of accredited investments together for us.
