Undoubtedly this is one of our Market Makers valia

After more than three years of watching our valiant Market Makers "create liquidity" we should all be so thankful for them for doing such a difficult job in such a selfless manner.
A share price that could have maintained itself at .17 per share or anywhere else down the scale, allowing management to sell a reasonable number of additional shares to support their exciting efforts to build out a newer, better vehicle to up grade and then stream video at the highest level possible using the lowest amount of bandwidth possible to a broader range of clientele … you would think that this would be a good thing … and as NTEK declared success after success, and proved its technology time and again … you would think that NTEK's stock price would reflect these successes …. but you would be wrong.
All because Bernie Madoff used his prestige and his SEC relationships in the industry to demand and win an exception to the rules of shorting stocks without locating cover shares:

Its called the Madoff Rule, and none of the articles Alan has posted have ever mentioned a modification of the Madoff Rule. Alan's posts deal more with other issues - issues that prevent any of us normals doing the things people like Madoff are doing.
You would think that the SEC would revisit something called the Madoff Rule after what we have all learned about Bernie Madoff ... But you would be wrong.
