No one knows what he will do. I’m just stating that it is certainly an option. And there isn’t much anyone can do. As to holding the stock, at nearly 99% loss, what’s the point?
If he assumes control of the company, there’s no real rcourse for shareholders. They will own worthless stock of an empty shell.
