anyone who believes that OTC companies that came public via a R/M years back .. isn't a target is naive at best .. *imo* .. what is unique are those that actually survive NRs' attn .. retail doesn't have multiple aliases that litter up SMBs .. most of retail *imo* actually care about what they write .. multi/s create noise to divert and deflect and tend to overlap in very *obvious* crews via the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation (ihub) .. this site tends to get far less attn .. but NR has to always try to control the *outcome* .. especially when aspects aren't going their way .. relentless PPS compression only works by NR if *retail* actually sells .. PM in to me yesterday .. about a bid @ 425c that wasn't shown for most of the day (odd sized number from memory .. need to check) .. comment was .. bid finally shown last 20 minutes of the day .. and IPIX was actually closed above that price point .. what i do know after years of folks forwarding on time stamps to me .. is that when NR is upside down .. there is zero by way of making a market .. much more manipulating the market .. and that isn't retail

note the volume avgs .. it was on April 9th 2018 that IPIX's 10 day avg was 90,000 (see below)
