They missed FDA approval again, and are now announcing a "restructuring" -- sounds like they're done for .... Fenrock - gone, due to not having enough money to research it. Remoxy - multiple failed FDA approvals, PTI-125/PTI-125x - who has faith that these guys can get their act together?
Maybe the restructure is a corporate buy-out at $20/share or something that will save the house
