He wouldn't sell the companies assets off to get what he is owed.
He obtains the assets and then continues to try and sell the processors as he has been doing for five years but now as a private company.
The difference is all profit and revenue now goes directly to him.
He will have to sell 30-40 processors as a public company to reduce the companies debt and be made whole.
He would have to sell 4-5 processors as a private company to make himself and the rest of the BOD whole and eliminate the debt. Then all he has to do is fold up the company or sell it.
Remember....his interest on his loans is well over $4 million dollars. More than enough to offset the near worthless stock he holds....plus he recovers all of his principal.
Which is the easier and most logical choice for him to make ?
