Every time I read that board I question how much is true and how they know what they know. Trading dried up about a year ago so what's the point now?
It seems very personal. They have to be loosing money. Unless David finds funding for content and lawsuits this will never move. If David can't acquire funding what's the next step? I've been hearing things about funding for over a year now. IMO that makes zero sense. Why would it take so long to acquire a partner unless they weren't looking. Why would it take so long to wire over money? It's pretty cut and dry. You sign a contract and payment is made the next day. Unless the person you're talking to you is bullshitting you. Obviously the funds mentioned were never real or contingent on something. If I was in David's shoes I wouldn't have ever mentioned the funding. It boggles my mind why things were ever mentioned before they were official. Especially when lawsuits and creditors are breathing down your neck. That's like you owing a ton of people money and then announcing you won the lottery. Every god damn person is going to come and collect. Everything smells fishy and that's from all sides. Either David wanted this to tank or all of this has been a diversion. None of this is logical and it defies common sense.
