You're right, management wouldn't be likely to try and predict the share price unless they were positively sure, as in just prior to up-listing.
The Goldman Small Cap Research estimate actually referred not to years end, but to one year from the time of the report, so it was meant to be approximately timed with 4th quarter results.
Makes sense to me, but I agree, very it's a very conservative estimate considering the WheyFit acquisition and the revenue growth already underway. Plus it's looking like some more awesome surprises will be forthcoming as a result of this private label venture.
They took a stab at predicting market capitalization a few years out, but a very conservative one. There are many brand building initiatives in motion already. I think they'll blow that estimate out of the water!
