All I know is that with Microsoft, out of all of the lawsuits so far, things got completed without too much review although it took awhile. It could be that Cisco is more inclined, for one reason or another, to settle things sooner rather than later. It may be that they would like to sooner than Duo as a standalone company would have wanted.
