Secret weapon could be anything. Could be a new investor, new equipment, a new technology, new contacts or it could be Kyle himself. In my opinion his determination has been the secret weapon with this company all along. He hasn't been perfect but he learns from his mistakes and takes corrective action. Either way, a generic statement like that one ultimately means nothing.
