CGrowth Capital has a preferred vendor with a cyanide leach processing facility in the state of Nevada. The relationship secures the partnership between the ore assets and the processing facility. With a state permitted processing facility in place, the Company is positioned to begin monetizing its purchased assets in a very short period of time. 

The processing facility is a precious metal processing plant, located in the state of Nevada, specializing in the contract processing of non-company owned gold and silver bearing ores using an industry standardized cyanide leach technique. The plant is new, with test runs having been completed in January 2012. Completed tests confirmed the capture of gold and silver from the activated carbon which collects the metal out of the leach solution. 

CGRA expects to be able to quickly begin monetizing the over 500,000 tons of ore in the area while continuing its exploration and working to complete full third party verification reports (43-101 certified, JORC, and SEC reserve report) for future subterranean mineral removal. Historical records indicate that existing mines in the area have produced in excess of 200 ounces of silver per ton.?
