$SFOR/USPTO/IPT/PTAB https://jmp.sh/yWiPTv0 SFOR already won the IPR battle against DUO "the" ring leader, Centrify & Trustwave . Trustwave damages will also be rolled up into DUO damages.
DUO is/was in big hole, they had no other choice but to ask their VC's to sell , which they did yesterday for cool $2.35B before they lose all.
CISCO will assume damages before the deal closes. As someone confirmed yesterday , SFOR Mgt is very excited about this deal.
