So why can’t PTO get a deal done, can someone PLEASE answer that simple question. With no divert and deflect.
Not profitable
Machines history of breaking down
High feedstock cost
Needs pristine feedstock
No long term running data
All sales seem to have condition of having lasting involvement with P20 through maintenance , catalyst purchase, etc....no singular sale available.
Bordynuik even stated at the last AGM in 2013 the lowest price they could obtain HTF was for about $1 per gallon. With fuel prices well below $3 that even makes running HTF unprofitable.
So basically you have a machine where you have to pay for pristine feedstock ( or pay to sort and wash it).....pay for HTF.....pay for catalyst.....pay royalties Heddle is asking for.....
Either there is not enough money to be made , or not at all, for the terms and cost that Heddle has applied.
