It appears that Utopya is involved with WeWi and not W.A.R, not to say they can't combine technology.

I would love to think we will get involved with defense contracts but at this point I believe it is just the Telcom aspect of WeWi we are directly involved with.
IMO
Therefore seeking out a defense contract would be hard to find under WeWi.
If the contracts in question today regarding WeWi are the contracts that I am aware of, 50 mil over 5 years (250 mil), they are not defense contracts anyways so where does the contract question even stem from? The contract is also with a foreign government so probably not available to find anyways.
