not true .. last few weeks actual P2O investors have picked off PTOI *shares* both on bid and at ask .. that includes this week ... many of us have far more *shares* than we ever deemed possible
not surprisingly not everyone wants to add with *uncertainty* .. but i have no doubts if P2O executes their first sale .. some others may decide to lower their CB going forward ..
it will be interesting to see if NR (non retail) can reset the 52 week low ..
as for the *float* .. the lower the PPS gets taken on PTOI .. odds are that actual sells get generated .. reducing *imo* abusive efforts .. that said *imo* that remains P2O's largest asset *currently* .. whether mgmt can exploit that to P2O investors' advantage .. is literally the 64M$ ?

No thy are not. And the proof is in the documentation, most shares bought and sold are by NSS. Because we know that buys are by loyal investors. Thousands of them.
