$PSGR Looking back at the July Press Release.
Pershing Resources released information about events that will POSSIBLY occur in 2018 & 2019. The year 2024 was also a part of the release. Basically, Pershing Resources gave itself a SIX YEAR cushion to keep the wolves at bay. If nothing happens during the remainder of 2018 and nothing occurs in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, AND 2023...NO PROBLEM!!!! Pershing Resources did not commit to mining production; only that studies and reviews were to be conducted over the years. Upon the arrival of the year 2024, and IF THERE HAS BEEN NO MINING PRODUCTION FOR CONTINUOUS PROFIT, Pershing Resources can point to the July 2019 Press Release and honestly state that they NEVER promised anything would be completed with mining or production.
Given the content of the July 2018 Press Release, IN MY OPINION, there will not be any PRODUCTIVE and PROFITABLE Mining of Precious Metals by Pershing Resources over the course of the next few years. IN MY OPINION, what WILL take place is the issuance of more Press Releases that suggest/intimate that SOMETHING may/could possibly occur once SUFFICIENT finances are confirmed' qualified MINING personnel are hired, and equipment is purchased.
FOR TWENTY PLUS YEARS, the same story has been repeated over and over again. Long time investors recognize the carrots. Long time investors also recognize that NOTHING that indicates production and profitability (for the Common share holder) has EVER occurred at Pershing Resources. For a company to have been around for over TWO DECADES, someone must be making a few bucks or this company has the backing of some very smart lawyers/accountants; for whatever purpose is not clear to the common investor. MILLIONS of shares have changed hands over the years. Where did the money go?
