After the DOJ indicted 12 Russian GRU officers for election interference, I did. I sincerely believe some SFOR bashers are unwittingly on the GRU's payroll. Trying to keep SFOR in a position of finncial weakness works to the GRU's advantage. If they can delay full implementation of the SFOR shield in US infrastructure, i.e. electrical grid, they achieve their goal of maintaining a list of undefended targets to cyber attack if ordered to do so IMHO.
