It's not a good buying opportunity when all that happens is share prices keep dropping.. all company has to do is communicate. They're not. Hopefully we're all getting our panties in a wad for nothing, but to be honest almost every company in the Otc is a scam. Time will tell but it presently looks, acts and smells like a scam. Praying and hoping this starts moving the other way.
