I like the other opinions on this board of $3 to $5. Although, I truly believe a combination of retiring some shares, share buybacks, and the positive resolution of the SA lawsuit could get us into NASDAQ territory. In terms of importance, after the SA lawsuit, I want to get more information about any involvement SFOR has with the PCI Security Standards. If there is any serious connection, I don't think most people (even on this board) actually grasp how HUGE that could be. For reference:
https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/
PCI Security Standards must be adhered to by any acquiring or issuing banks, as well as all merchants who want to accept payment via any payment card from the Big Four; Visa, MasterCard, Amex, & Discover. You have to have hardware and software that conforms to PCI standards, or you are simply stuck accepting cash. This includes all debit, credit, or gift cards branded with one of those companies' logos, IN ADDITION to all regional debit networks. I think there are about 10 of those in the United States. But we're also talking GLOBAL transactions; not just American domestic transactions. That means, someone in India or China or (fill in the blank) must adhere to the PCI standards in order to accept a payment card. We're talking literally TRILLIONS of dollars every year in total transactions, globally. Even if SFOR only gets a tiny fraction of that, we might be on the ground floor of something historic. NOTE: I have ZERO confirmation of any of this, other than what I've read on this board, but of all the things I've read, that is the one item that has me the most excited about this company. It has the potential to make that $550MM McAfee contract look like your kid's weekly allowance.
Feel free to tear my opinion apart, but I like our chances with SFOR.
