I do understand your frustrations but they are controlling the factors that they can. Unfortunately things like the arbitration, and Mexico deal require them to wait for other people outside of their company to do their jobs. Everyone wants to see this stock hit 50 cents and eventually the dollar mark and it will. No one here should sell for a loss. Do not make emotional decisions. Penny stocks are fickle beasts hard to predict. I hope this helps.
