Less than 3M shares traded so far. I guess your friends are not buying, yet. Can't get millions of shares on the bid and may have to buy at the ask.
I know a big shareholder who planned to sell 2M - 5M a day in OCT. Now, I think he is thinking about moving that plan up to Aug/Sep. Go ONCI
