$PSGR July 31, 2018 and the share price drops first thing in the morning. Where are all the encouraging Press Releases from Pershing Resources that suggest/intimate that something is about to happen at one of the mines/claims sites? There are now so many Pershing Resources mines/claims locations in Arizona and Nevada that, surely, there must be something happening...correct???
A quick review of the claims/mines sites/properties:
1) MARCO PROJECT (claims/mine sites) In an April 2, 2015 Press Release, Pershing Resources announced 'the results of sampling' (assays) on these claims (claim area was a specific location). The results indicated an AVERAGE of 0.374 ounce of GOLD per ton of head ore. Folks, this is an outstanding number!!! This 'average' would make most mine owners do somersaults and scream for joy AND get the mine operating AND producing ASAP. Nope, NOT Pershing Resources….WHY, was 'something' not accurate???
2) Mine/claim sites in Arizona near Kingman. Initially, 2 small acreage locations were purchased by Pershing Resources. The Enterprise Mine location was expanded to an area of 'approximately 5 square miles' and renamed the MOHAVE-STANDARD PROJECT
(Press Release of May 8, 2018). There was another Press Release about a Mill Site and a building and something about a road and possible ore work production but NOTHING has happened over the past several YEARS.
3) WEST BOLO PROJECT and TONOPAH SIN (Press Release July 10, 2018) Pershing Resources issued 13,770,000 restricted common shares to purchase an interest in these projects. Apparently, Precious Metal Ores are alleged to be located at both locations. there is no (Zero, Ziltch, Nada) assay results indicated within any information provided by Pershing Resources. Y'know...investors have to trust them that there is something in the ground that will be mined and sold for a profit on a continuous basis...once the studies, reviews, fees, permits, surveys, and reviews of the reviews of the reviews are completed.
(There was another California project that appears to have NEVER got off the ground and the information has disappeared from existence. This one must have been a real Dog if corporate Pershing Resources did not latch onto it and issue a Press Release or two about how it had great assays and would be a glowing asset for the corporation!)
Which brings investors to the MONEY ISSUE. April 27, 2016 a Press Release from Pershing Resources was issued that spoke of FUNDING by Blackridge Capital. Yep, this was the one that indicated that ONE MILLION DOLLARS would be available to Pershing Resources once certain conditions were met. The 'conditions' as stated were not excessive. The main conditions revolved around Corporate Pershing Resources getting off its derriere and submitting paperwork to the SEC. So far (TWO PUS YEARS)….to the best of MY knowledge, nothing has happened. No paperwork, no Million Dollars. I guess, one can still hope something is occurring.
Of course, investors can anticipate the TEN MILLION DOLLARS that will be raised for the development of the WEST BOLO PROJECT & TONOPAH SIN!!! Frankly, I can barely contain my excitement in anticipation of all that money being spent on equipment and labor AND the CONTINUOUS production of GOLD!!! Yessirreebob, I can see the GOLD flowing into the GOLD MARKET within the next year....ummmm…..two years.....noooo...five years....maybe.....decade......well at least no later than the next century. After all, investors can expect Pershing Resources to complete all the required paperwork; raise all the money, hire all the SKILLED mining employees, buy all the equipment (NO Whamma-Jamma 'New Technology' this time around!!! Just standard mining techniques that really produce Gold!!!!!), and then sell thousands of ounces of GOLD on a continuous basis!!! After all, those MILLIONS of DOLLARS have to be repaid somehow!!! Oh wait, those 13,770,000 common shares will be worth Tens of Millions by the time production is in full operation! Yeah, that's right...uh-huh....all the work that will be completed by Corporate Pershing Resources will result in PROFITS!!!!! PROFITS!!!!! PROFITS!!!! to the common share holders, just as it has for every year of its TWENTY PLUS YEARS of existence!!! Investors who purchased shares ten or twenty years ago have shares that are certainly worth much less over the years than the original share price. Darn...WAIT A MINUTE!!!! Shouldn't that be.....'shares that are certainly worth much MORE over the years than the original share price'???!!!!
