First, all Federal contract payments were delayed by the Congressional budget fiasco. We didn't even have a signed appropriations authorization bill until the end of March! Second, the money was delayed by four 60 day net billing cycles: DOD, InfoReliance, McAfee, ACS (our Federal vendor). Sorry to be the bearer of bad news my friend but that's how Federal procurement cycle payments work.
