(3) not brought back $ADGO + $USRM + $APRU = inc in 14 fails
And not brought back.

the recent lowest price determined after a close
above with a follow through 2nd higher close.

We need some separation between numbers (calls).
So let's separate by a whole number up/down the same digit;
.007 then .008 and .0032 then .004 etc
We are going to use a calling range of [ 10% ]
A call wins if within a 10% range of the actual bottom:
105% times the bottom when above
to 95% times the bottom when below,
Two in the same range, the closest. then the 1st call, wins.
Uh we are just going to give a guy % of a % if that is what
it takes to declare a winner winner. We, human here.
In the case of a triple 000 pick we won't use
a % range and the numbers stand whole as-is.
Bottom and its call must be .0002 or higher.
All numbers are the print at the close of the day.
No after market.
