read this post it explains why stock is down . Dilution Dilution Dilution. yes he says co is doing great, however it's dilution killing stock price,
so Mary , Winston, others even myself, pump co doing great, yet more dilution, more dilution.this is at least third time, board chanted dilution over , and then we find out Livingston still has not finished selling their shares
it's really disgusting.
upshot is stock price is were it belongs,it's a small co, with one product to sell,any other arm will take at least a year to develop,finra is not cause of delays, it's lack of follow through of closing said legs
