Sweetpea, robinsonst1 is right. If you're using an older browser like Internet Explorer 11, you will experience some irritating glitches. As he suggested, try installing Firefox or Chrome. They can buy you more time with an older operating platform like Windows 7 until you're ready to upgrade.
