Correct. California deal if successful will have the best exposure for onci. California also have one of the most strict law regarding texting and driving.
Being tech hub, onci has a potential to get buy out from one of the CA's tech, you never know. I am excited.
But, Steve hexagon-Finra ghost should be addressed soon. I have a feeling it's not only Finra, there should be something Steve knows and is due for communicating with long term shareholders. If you are reading, this is the time Steve. Name change followed by all these great news, onci don't have a limit, imho.
