As a relatively new investor in the company, I've seen it traded for over $12 just a few years ago. I've gathered that questions in the current trial drove it down, and clearly it's not recovered, but I'd like to hear others opinions of how much of that should return on positive trial data being announced.

I'm sure there has been substantial dilution since that time, but with positive news do people believe a $6 price is justified, resulting in a market cap approaching $3 billion, or is a $1 billion market cap all that's justified pre approval.

Of course the key is the data, and the FDA's acceptance of it, I suspect that will take nearly a year as it's foolish to rust the development of the NDA leaving questions for the FDA to ask, then there is the 6 months that the FDA takes for an accelerated approval. Of course the FDA is striving to do it quicker, but it takes the FDA months to determine how to make 4 minute eggs.

During the time from when the data is received to the time there is an approval, I expect a lot to happen where either the company gains a major partner for either full manufacturing, distribution and sales worldwide, or a ROW partnership, keeping North America or the U.S. for themselves, or they contract for all the services needed to perform these tasks. Clearly a partnership would instantaneously put a greater value on the company, but long term the company could be worth more without it.

Gary
