I really believe that most things in the immediate future that could elevate our share price are out of their hands, they cannot control the patent authorities, or the IRB or other regulators. All they can do is develop the patents, trial agreements and protocols, etc and leave it up to others to make things happen.
I believe that really meaningful partnerships can only come after at least some patent approval as anyone willing to bring in substantial funds will want to know what they're funding has patent protection, not just patent pending.
I think they're doing their jobs, developing new products and patents to secure them. The are also aligning themselves with clinical sites where these products can undergo trials for low costs, but they cannot control how those trials are done, that's up to the IRB at the site.
