some are getting edgy at the perceived delay in the PR and an email reply spike got from Dustin Guinn saying for the stockholders protection he cant provide material non public info;he wont continue answering emails re progress etc-and an update will be posted at the appointed time etc
i dont think spikes email was rude as somethought but it was openly pleading for a time line which in weak moments could irritate mgmt
so my take summarizing many posts on the subject:
there have been many positive reports without revealing material non-public info
shouldn't read too much into the perceived 'attitude' of just 1 email-its not Dustin Guinns job- that's IR's job---
in the countless stocks i've studied only 1 other officer answered emails that i can remember
he's probably received 100's or thousands of emails- its hard for me to keep up w the hundreds of emails i get everyday and to read thru every post plus handle another job,
just as dustin has to do-he's probably working long hours handling suppliers, contacts, minor mechanical problems,sec, the coming 10q due aug 15,testing, working with other officers and employees
its a pressure situation culminating an 18 year search
and he has many pressuring him for material non-public info which would be an sec violation unless he PR'd within ca 24 hours-doesnt need that headache
inevitably you have some who give up and start posting negatively - happens in just about every if not every stock-we live in a microwave generation that has lost the art and ability of patience and endurance
they have a dream team-we saw and heard that at the meeting and from tisdale etc
the 2 pronged goal-to help israel-the apple of his eye- though still secular- in its geopolitical situation by providing oil and by glorifying Him- is unique among these stocks-and if you follow the social political situation- the long promised judgment deliverance has begun-the release of the wealth of the wic--- to the just-the 'punishment' of the wealth of the wic---(the latter i just personally heard july 26) as we see in Mark Taylors words
for whatever reason i, like many, feel like i've been led back to this situation-to be punished for zn's 2 goals -no!
some say He told them its a gigantic find-somebody sold and since has posted negatively-i didn't respond bc i felt that might be rude
one or more big boys/funds have been prying cheap shares loose- big boys know how to do/buy dd!
the adversary knows whether the field is commercial- if it were a dry hole w just some oil in it then why would the adversary have to resort to operating thru the sec???? imo thats where the danger is -and why i've said that situation calls for prayer
kyoil has said he's never seen a situation with 2 of the 3 conditions here be non-commercial!!!
and why would it take this long to test a dry hole -kyoil said it wouldn't-
they wouldn't keep spending money on something that was a dry hole! common sense
