My last paragraph is in agreement. The lawyer in the article highlighted delays from years back when process was simplier. Today it’s more complicated and perhaps Lam needs to reflect in Q3 as settled and Del debt IMO prior to approval or.. statues of limitation as CEO suggested may come in play. The Finra entry level compliance agents are not transparent or unfamiliar with Lawyer requests to expediate..causing further delays.
