The needs of the US ARMY are met with this.You'll recall the tracking & geo-locating by the Russian GRU. A senior USA officer attached to our mobile brigade in Poland divulged this in the fall NY Post article titled "Russians Hacking GI Smartphones" (which have GPS capability). With the McAfee contracts (that provide our "zero-day" defense) that geo-locating problem has now been resolved. Now, Russian targets intelligence officers will no longer be able to use our troops' smartphones to put guided munitions on their location. That's a good thing, a very good thing thanks to SFOR IP provided by ACS.
Newbies, FYI please look into the extensive McAfee/SFOR relationship so well documented by Gold 49er & Zpaul. Also recall the date of the ARMY/McAfee contract announcement, 9/14/17. We are sitting on a DOD goldmine if you also consider the follow-on worldwide DOD/McAfee contract.
