Amazing, but if we sold at .30 we could now be getting back in and own more than double the shares.............those that sold then are not likely buying now............yet, someone is taking the shares.
As I understand the Investor's conversion feature he can convert and sell the shares into the market. The .20 conversion price is the maximum he would pay and as the price dropped I believe he would pay the lower price and likely accelerate the sales in order to protect his investment. That is if he converted and the price fell below .20 and he also sold all his shares he would receive less than 5M.
It is also very possible he believes enough in OWCP to ride this slide out and collect a nice dividend. Of course the Company has to have the funds to pay the obligation.
Drink some Kentucky bourbon and maybe this will look better by 8 pm this evening.
