Epik Trades, I suspect this is just a little shaking of the tree to free stock from investors who do not know what they own. I noticed the IHUB crew was out in force yesterday claiming some of the most idiotic things one can imagine. One guy claimed that Sterling Crockett and Bruce Goldman do not know each other. Another claim was that all the AGRiMED top managers live in the same house. It just went on and on. So if anyone was uncertain and had not done their research, then they likely panicked. One of the strongest arguments was that UNVC has not done anything for years --- this is true, but all that changed when Sterling Crockett partnered with UNVC because of the transdermal patch UNVC developed years ago but did not market. Shortly thereafter Doctor Dalton (CEO of UNVC) was appointed to the AGRiMED Board of Directors, and Dalton was subsequently promoted to Vice Chair of that board. These moves are extremely rare in pennyland. Factor in the fact that UNVC is nearing completion of its audited financials, and the fact that share structure is being updated almost daily (with no dilution at all) and we have a clean shell that is a prime candidate for a reverse merger.


Even without a reverse merger, the fact that AGRiMED partnered with UNVC for its transdermal patch is a big deal. I personally talked to Mark Kaminski (Chief Marketing Manager) at AGRiMED who claimed the UNVC patch was the best they tested and that they preferred the UNVC patch. I could go on and on with some of my due diligence, but I am certain you have done your own. In my opinion, UNVC looks to be a winner.


Look for news by the end of this month or first week of August. That means we do not have long to wait.
