Job Description
EMPLOYEE POSITION PURPOSE:
The Product Coordinator is responsible for quality assurance (QA) of all new development features, as well as identifying improvements for existing features in our fast-paced and high-volume environment. This key position interacts directly the Operations and Development teams, and is vital for ensuring we have fully vetted all deliverables before they go live. The primary focus at all times is delivering consistent (per internal process standards), clear, quality feedback to our internal technology decision makers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Review software for new bugs and/or in-progress items
· Compose new bug and feature reports based on individual and group discoveries
· Contribute suggestions for new product features
· Provide input regarding UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface)
· Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
· Perform market and competitor research to help us ensure nFüsz remains cutting edge
· Help define best practices for QA
