Drama much? There is no "there" - there. No fines, no halts, no chill notices. Just a mistake that needed correction.
It was a poorly worded press release. Based on what I read in the corrected press release, the SEC had an issue with how “exclusive” was defined. Exclusive to Colorado not Cardin Capital.
We believe (yes it is a slow boil) but major disruption coming to the market.
