OK the two cruise ships. Take the ship pointing out of port.  Pretend your the front of the ship pointing out of port. Turn left. See where all the small boats are kept. Walk all the way to the end of that water barrier.  Look straight toards Ensenada. You are now looking at the hotel.

I would mark it on the pick but dont know how. That little barrier points at the hotel.
