Because some of them now have doubts due to: the exchange upgrade, Mark's revenue email, recent press coverage, the R&G sword of Damocles over SA, the 2Q18 commin' 8/15. This is a time of quiet reflection for them. In time, some of them, like Ram, will admit to themselves they were wrong about SFOR, purchase & hold shares. At least the ones who have the brains to get off the tracks ahead of the SFOR express. All aboard!
