Regarding the Appointment of the Member of the Board
On 24 July 2018, the application of the member of the Board Ramūnas Dargis to dismiss him from the office of the member of the Board was satisfied. At the same meeting, the new member of the Board, Alma Bartkienė, was elected, she will take up her duties at the Board of Žemaitijos pienas, AB from 25 July 2018. Alma Bartkienė currently is an acting production manager of the company.
