the second phase for the cream hasn't even started. Things are not looking so good for the near term. Plus, whatever Hirsch tells us about timelines, you can realistically multiply it by 2 or 3. I know longs can easily just say this looks good for the long-term but fact is that we have a bunch of part time workers and based on there past.... I'm not sure many new events are going to happen in the foreseeable future! I'm not feeling so good about things
