Laurs gone - Advisors come and go in the business world. Possibly had other pending projects that needed his time or perhaps he wanted an unheralded amount of income for his name and time. NO ONE KNOWS why he left ....

LOI of CLEC, whoopdee freakin doo, if Utopya is connected to satellites and has their own network in place, this acquisition is superfluous and I trust that Darryl and the boys had their reasons to withdraw more so than a negative outlook and dark cloud ....

Mike Starkweather laid out plan and projections in revenue that let us susceptible to attack and it is quite easy to counter narrative and counter with doom and gloom. Darryl Green was on a team that took a billion dollar company from one billion dollars to $3.7 billion and added 3000 franchises while he was president of franchising ALL IN 3 YEARS. I'll stand behind Darryl and instead of listening to a 70% bust projection from you.
