I did not see filing of change in ownership today

I did not see filing of change in ownership today till around 12pm. I sold about half my shares due to all the uncertainties and may sell the rest tomorrow but not sure about that yet. I was thinking that Fife would be settled with after the harvest and for whatever reason the 13G was filed today and Fife owns 466710 shares or 9.99% of SIGO. We do not have financials so we do not know if they will have the revenues from expansion if they continue on so Fife could get more shares with an additional tranche borrowing. Would like to hear others opinions and the volume was 245,000 shares today so there are still many shares being held. Was only me and one other poster here today so far so several others may have sold some or all of their shares yet but hoping to get some feedback from others here.
