That is my take on it as well. It looks like an application. While it is fascinating and means quite a bit to people who have followed the company closely over time, IMO it will only merit a PR when the application is processed and an uplist is granted.

I am pleased to see the application because it seems to me to indicate that SFOR feels confidant about the future.
